This app is similar to other surface bubble level applications but offers two unique features. Firstly, it provides verbal feedback on the degree of tilt, dimensions (Metric or Imperial), or blocks your Caravan is off-level both front-to-rear and side-to-side and confirms when it is leveled in all directions. Secondly, it allows for custom offset settings when a small angle is required, with the option to save these settings. It also automatically compensates for devices with covers or protruding cameras. CaravanLevel is compatible with iPhone, iPad, or 5th generation iPod running iOS 8.2 or above, and does not require calibration or an internet connection.

CaravanLevel caters primarily to Caravan, Motorhome, and RV enthusiasts by displaying a diagram with arrows and ramps indicating areas of unevenness. While designed for vehicle leveling, it could also be useful for general DIY projects. The app features a speech option where it audibly identifies the low areas of the vehicle and the extent of misalignment, guiding users until the vehicle is perfectly leveled. By utilizing sounds or speech prompts with proper volume, users can conveniently adjust their vehicle's position from outside. Particularly handy is the compatibility with wireless Bluetooth earbuds or headphones which allow users to hear real-time feedback while making adjustments around the vehicle.

The basic method of use involves initially leveling the vehicle conventionally, placing the iDevice on a flat surface, setting up CaravanLevel as per instructions provided. On subsequent occasions at different sites, users can easily level their vehicle by following the guidance displayed on the CaravanLevel screen until it turns pale blue.

• Double Tap Gestures: There is a compass feature that indicates 'South' to help orient your Caravan, Motorhome, or awning towards the sun. This feature aids users with solar panels in parking their vehicles in sunlit spots. To display the directional arrow, simply double-tap on the main screen with one finger; to remove it, double-tap again. Please note that this feature is not supported on iPod.
• Swipe Gestures: Users can swipe horizontally to toggle sounds or speech prompts On or Off temporarily, or can tap the speaker button on the top right corner. These settings are retained if switching screens within the app or closing it. For permanent sound adjustments, users should access the 'Settings' screen and utilize the switches next to 'Enable Sounds' or 'Spoken Feedback' (using both simultaneously is not allowed). The time interval between sound prompts can be customized by swiping up or down, ranging from around 2 seconds to 30 seconds; this feature operates only when sounds are enabled.

Compatibility: CaravanLevel is universally compatible with 5th generation iPods and all models of iPads and iPhones from iPhone 4S to iPhone 14 series including Pro and Pro Max versions. It requires iOS 9.0 or later.
